Site staff request tools from other sites, with a start date and optional end date. Managers confirm the tools are free to release, then the requester books delivery or pickup. Completed requests update the item location — no group chat required.

Open an item and you'll see if it already has an active request or transfer, plus how many units are actually available once damaged or flagged gear is taken out. Active requests also sit on a shared list so the crew can see what's in flight.
